Banafsheh Bayati MD, Inc.

Dr. Bayati is board certified by The American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Her office team includes two medical assistants who are expert phlebotomists. The office supports a full blood draw station for annual and obstetrical labs as well as genetic testing. A microbiology lab allows for rapid urine, vaginal and cervical culture results.

We offer mercury free flu vaccine, Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis-whooping cough) vaccine, and the Gardasil 9 vaccine. For convenience we also stock TB tests.

The office houses a colposcopy and LEEP machine for the evaluation and treatment of abnormal Pap smears, multiple ultrasound machines allow for assessment of both abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds performed and analyzed by Dr Bayati herself. The Mona Lisa Touch Laser is available for vaginal rejuvenation.

Dr Bayati serves on the perinatology committee at Providence Saint John’s Health Center. She has hospital privileges at Providence Saint John’s as well as at the Surgery Center of the Pacific. She is contracted with Anthem Blue Cross PPO group plans and Medicare.
